The roots are rotted on my red-margined dracaena.?

Is there anything I can do to save it?

Sounds like the plant has been over-watered. If there are any root buds forming above ground you can repot it removing the decay.

Reply:cut the top off and plant it in moist soil in bright light and let it root..... if there's a lot of 'trunk' left over, keep the right way UP and cut it into sections about six inches long and plant them, too.... in time, if they take, you'll get sprouts .... misting them occasionally helps the sprouts bust out..... luck to ya!
